CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to multiple no shows, I unfortunately had to create a policy to protect myself for lost time. I require a card on file to book. This card will NOT be charged unless client misses/no shows their appointment then client will be charged 50% of the service total. Reschedules will NOT be charged. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment and choose not to reschedule will be charged 20% of service
